Yes. Please have the third party complete a credit card authorization form at least three days before your arrival. Reach out to our front desk at stay@theivory.com or call 833-844-8679 to request the form.

A daily amenity fee of $30 plus tax applies to each room night. This fee supports curated amenities and services designed to enhance your stay.
The Ivory maintains controlled access at all times to ensure the privacy and security of our guests. Entry to the property and guest rooms is granted via individualized access codes issued at check-in.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access codes and may not share them with non-registered individuals. The hotel reserves the right to restrict access or deactivate codes if misuse is suspected.
Access is limited to registered guests only. All visitors must be registered with the hotel.
Room occupancy is limited to registered guests. King accommodations are limited to two guests, and double queen accommodations are limited to four guests.
To ensure a comfortable and refined environment for all guests, gatherings or excessive noise are not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to limit visitors and take appropriate action, including ending a stay, if this standard is not maintained.
The Ivory is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The Ivory reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in accordance with applicable laws and hotel policies.
The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for housekeeping, maintenance, or safety purposes.
HOTEL POLICIES
A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
We accept all major credit cards except prepaid debit cards and virtual cards. We do not yet accept PayPal, Cash App, Square, or Apple Pay.
At the time a reservation is made, the first night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
This deposit will be applied toward the final balance of the stay.
We understand that travel plans can change and strive to offer flexibility whenever possible. The following policies help us ensure availability for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least 72 hours prior to arrival, in accordance with California law.
After this period, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.
The first night’s room and tax will be authorized at the time of booking.
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.
Advance purchase or promotional rates may carry separate cancellation terms as indicated at the time of booking.
Reservation Modifications
We are happy to assist with reservation changes whenever possible.
Reservations may be modified once without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Reducing the length of a stay, including early departures or removal of reserved nights within 48 hours of arrival, will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these cancellation and reservation policies
Incidental Authorization
A $100 per night incidental authorization will be secured at check-in and may be adjusted based on charges incurred, including food and beverage, extended nights, or other incidentals. Unused funds will be released after departure, subject to your financial institution.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property. The Ivory reserves the right to charge the credit card on file. Our smoking fee is $500.
The Ivory is pet-friendly and welcomes our furry companions. Dogs only are permitted.
A $100 pet fee per dog applies. Maximum of two dogs per room, each under 50 pounds.
Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required.
The Ivory is a non-smoking property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
To preserve the experience of The Ivory’s food and beverage program, outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. The hotel reserves the right to remove or dispose of such items.
TRANSPORTATION
On-site parking is available for $40 plus tax per vehicle, per night. A maximum of two vehicles per room is permitted. Oversized vehicles, trucks, and specialty vehicles cannot be accommodated.
There is no shuttle service at The Ivory. However, nearby airports provide a variety of convenient transportation options, including access to all major rideshare services.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 15 miles away, and Hollywood Burbank (BUR) is 11 miles away.
The Wilshire / Normandie Metro subway station is just 2 blocks away (Purple Line), as well as numerous nearby bus routes.
